Our Office Staff’s Favorite Holiday Treats

🎄 Our Office Staff’s Favorite Holiday Treats (Ranked by Deliciousness, Debate, and Sugar Content) 🎄

The holiday season has officially arrived, which means the breakroom is transforming into a delightful battleground of baked goods, nostalgic snacks, and very strong dessert opinions. To celebrate, we asked ourstaff to share their favorite holiday treats.

🍪 Cookies: The Universal Love Language

The classic holiday cookie took an easy first place. Whether it’s soft sugar cookies dusted with more than enough sprinkles, a good cup of coffee and Christmas cookies, spritz cookies that disappear suspiciously fast, or the brookie: a brownie cookie mash up, cookies reign supreme!

🍰 Cheesecake: The Elegant Holiday Guest

Some of our staff believe the holidays don’t truly begin until someone shows upwith a perfectly smooth, beautifully topped cheesecake. Classic New York–style, red velvet, apple, strawberry, blueberry, and pineapple all received votes.

🥧 The Great Pie Divide

Some insist pumpkin pie is the undisputed holiday champion. Somesay cherry pie is the true spirit of the season. Still others love a good sweetpotato pie. Apple pie also secured some votes. In the great holiday pie divide, there are no losers. Just very committed voters.

🥖 Holiday Rolls: The Sweet Spirals of Joy

This year, an unexpected, but spirited, category rose to prominence: holidayrolls. Nut rolls, poppyseed rolls, and the ever-dramatic bûche de Noël all received enthusiastic praise.

🥚🥛 Eggnog: The Great “Proceed With Caution” Classic

Love it or cautiously sip it, there’s no denying it’s a holiday classic. As one staffmember proudly declared, “It’s the only time it can be found in stores and Imake sure I get my fill of the stuff!”

🍬 Honorable Mentions:

Rum Cake – Brings that extra festive kick, and a little bite can make the  holidays feel instantly celebratory

Tiramisu – Earned a sprinkle of admiration, with one staff member emphatically stating, “Tiramisu! Don’t let anyone convince you otherwise.”

Honey Baked Ham – Proves that some staff members interpret “holiday treats”  very broadly—and honestly, we respect that energy.

Cassata  Cake – Adds an elegant, old-world flourish to our dessert table.

Money – Surprisingly popular this year, which feels extremely on-brand for the holiday season.

Together, these honorable mentions keep our office spiritsmerry and bright. Whatever your treat of choice, we hope your holidays arefilled with sweetness, laughter, and absolutely zero judgment for eatingdessert before lunch because around here, that’s called “holiday spirit.”

Happy Holidays! 🎁✨
